LIVE HOOKED is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments once turned over to the Carrier. Please understand that LIVE HOOKED is not liable in this situation as we are not able to control what happens to your shipment once it leaves our warehouse. If this does happen please contact and we will try to assist in the event a package is received damaged or when lost.
